March, 2012 Every Saturday will be "Photo Day." We are asking that community members bring in their old or new photos, provide some history in regards to the photos and allow us to scan them for our archives. Every Saturday will have a different time period. For example, one Saturday will be 1900-1930s or 1940-1960s.

May 19, 2012 The Walton Cemetery Association and the Walton Historical Society are sponsoring a short cemetery tour and a hands-on workshop on How to Best Clean Old and Historic Gravestones. Marianne Greenfield from Delhi, a 16-year member of the Assocaition for Gravestone Studies and past trustee of the AGS Board, will be the presenter.
